Contractor fee structure: Retain 65% of your invoiced income Contractor support included: Your contractor fees cover training and support with the OT team, CRM system access and support, AI tools and technology usage, assessments, administration support, finance support and invoicing. Mixed caseload: Work with a varied caseload of roughly 60% NDIS, 35% DVA and 5% HCP/private clients across the lifespan. Clinical support: Regular check in's with Practice Manager online for added support & trainings with OT team (online) Your Role: You will work with a mixed-age, community caseload across DVA and NDIS clients, with referrals matched to your interests where possible. As this is a contractor role, there is no set number of clients you are required to see. Your caseload can be shaped around your availability and capacity. Services may include functional assessments, therapy, assistive technology, home modifications, equipment prescription, reports, documentation, face-to-face visits, occasional telehealth and case conferencing Team & Culture: You will have access to a Senior Speech Pathologist based on the Sunshine Coast for ongoing collaboration and support. While there is currently no established local OT team in the region, you will also be supported remotely by experienced teams based in Melbourne and Adelaide.
